Cancellation Policy

Online Consultation Policy To ensure a smooth, respectful, and valuable experience for both sides, please review the following policies before booking your session: 1. Booking & Confirmation All sessions must be booked in advance through the official booking link or form. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation email with the meeting link and calendar invite. Sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet (based on your preference). 2. Rescheduling & Cancellations You can reschedule or cancel your session up to 12 hours before the scheduled time using the link provided in the confirmation email. Any cancellations or no-shows within 12 hours of the session will be considered non-refundable or forfeited (if complimentary). In case of an emergency, you may write to us — we understand life happens. 3. Punctuality & Session Time Each session is strictly time-bound (usually 30 or 60 minutes, depending on the format). Please join the call on time — late arrivals may result in reduced session duration without extensions. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice, the session may be considered canceled. 4. Session Preparation After booking, you'll receive a short intake form to share key details about your business, goals, and current challenges. Please fill this out at least 24 hours before your session to ensure your time is spent effectively. Bring any relevant material (website links, decks, funnels, campaign data) that will help us dive straight into strategy. 5. Confidentiality All sessions are 100% confidential. Nothing shared during the consultation will be disclosed or reused in any form without your written consent. If you'd like a recording of the session, just let us know in advance. 6. Post-Session Support You will receive a summary email outlining key action points and tools/resources recommended during the session. Light follow-up questions (1–2 via email/WhatsApp) are welcome within 3 days after the call. For deeper engagement, longer-term advisory, or execution support, we’ll be happy to discuss custom consulting options. 7. Fees & Payment Payment is required in full at the time of booking to secure your session slot. Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit card, Razorpay, or bank transfer.
